What we collect

GovMatchPilot stores account, profile, and opportunity workflow data to provide matching, ranking, and pipeline functionality. This includes authentication details (such as your email), profile and capability fields, opportunity feedback, pipeline outcomes, and product usage events stored in our database so we can prioritize actionable leads and improve match quality over time.

Analytics and session replay

We use privacy-oriented analytics to understand how the site and app are used (for example, page views and performance). We also use session replay through our analytics provider (PostHog) so we can see how people navigate the product, where they get stuck, and how to improve the experience.

Session replay may capture on-screen content while you use the app, such as page layout, clicks, and text you type into forms. Password fields are masked by default. Do not enter classified, export-controlled, or other sensitive government information you are not permitted to share through a commercial web application.

We use these tools to operate and improve GovMatchPilot, not to sell your data. You can ask us about privacy options below; disabling replay for all users may require product changes we can discuss on request.

Service providers

We rely on trusted infrastructure and service providers to run the product, including hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), background processing (Cloudflare Workers), email delivery when enabled (such as Resend), analytics (Vercel Analytics and PostHog), and AI document and match processing (Anthropic). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. Capability statements and uploaded PDFs are processed transiently by our AI provider to extract text and score matches; they are not used to train AI models and are not stored by GovMatchPilot during anonymous previews.

How we use and protect data

We only use personal and usage data to operate, secure, and improve GovMatchPilot. We do not sell your personal data. Access is limited to systems and people who need it to run the service.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal data. Privacy-related requests are uncommon for early-stage products but we take them seriously when we receive them.

For privacy requests (including questions about analytics or session replay), email support@govmatchpilot.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your account before changing or deleting data tied to your login.
